Start with a thirty minute call

Every engagement begins the same way. You describe what has been stuck, I ask a few questions, and you get a straight view on whether this practice suits it. The call is free, it is with me rather than an assistant, and if the answer is that you need something else you will be told that on the call.

Write directly

If you would rather not use a form, email is perfectly good and reaches the same place.

  • Where sessions happenRemotely, by video call. There is no office to visit and nothing to travel to.
  • What to includeWhat has been stuck, roughly how long, and whether you have a program in mind. Three or four sentences is plenty.
  • What happens nextA reply with two or three times to choose from. No deposit, no intake questionnaire.

Things worth knowing

  • Prices are on the program pagesOne to one coaching from $250 per session, the group program at $1,200 for eight weeks, and team workshops quoted per engagement. Nothing is withheld until a call.
  • You may not need to hire anybodySeveral calls end with a suggestion to read one of the five articles and try it alone for a quarter. That advice is free and it is given often.
  • This is not therapyIf what is in the way belongs with a clinician, you will be told so on the call and pointed in a better direction. The approach page sets out where that line sits.
  • Cohorts fill earlyThe group program runs three or four times a year with eight places. It is worth asking well before you are ready to commit.

While you wait for a reply

The approach page sets out exactly what a fortnight looks like, and the programs page has the full detail and pricing for all three ways of working. Both are worth ten minutes before the call.
